Sanjay Gandhi National Park Borivali - Worth seeing in Mumbai

Sanjay gandhi national park in Borivali, Mumbai is one of the best and well maintained national parks of India. I recently had an opportunity to visit this park, must say it has a lot to offer to the travelers.

Above is the entry point of the park, visible from the road where auto rickshaws drop you. I took an auto from Malad west and reached there in 20-30 minutes, paid Rs. 50 as per meter. 

Once you reach there, go to the window and pay for the activities you want to do there.

Activities you can do inside Sanjay Gandhi National Park:

There is a lot to do inside the park, following are some of the activities I personally did and enjoy a lot:

• Consider taking a Tiger Safari
• Go Cycling, something you miss a lot these days
• Pay a visit to 2400 years old Kanheri Caves
• Go to the highest point and get a view of Powai lake, Vihar Lake and Tulsi Lake
• Take a toy train and enjoy the wildlife
• Explore the nature & lot more..
